Waiver

By participating in any activity or workshop hosted by Bella Dunya Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This waiver is legally binding and covers your involvement in candle, lipgloss, soap making, perfume and cologne making activities within our studio.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that participation in DIY candle, lip gloss, perfume, cologne and soap -making activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: Exposure to hot wax, fragrance oils, and other materials used in the process. Potential risk of burns, skin irritation, allergic reactions, or other injuries. Use of sharp or dangerous tools, such as wicks trimmers, glass containers, and heat sources. I understand that while takes reasonable Bella Dunya Experience takes precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, these risks cannot be entirely eliminated.

2. Waiver of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and agree to release and hold harmless Bella Dunya Experience, its owners, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any injury, damage, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Conditions

I hereby acknowledge that I am responsible for informing Bella Dunya Experience of any known allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities I may have prior to participation. I also confirm that I am in good physical health and able to participate in the activities.

4. Property Damage

I understand that I will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to the studio’s property or equipment during my participation, whether accidental or intentional.

5. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for Bella Dunya Experience to take photographs and video recordings during the workshop for promotional use on social media, websites, and other marketing materials. If I prefer not to be photographed or recorded, I will inform Bella Dunya Experience in writing prior to the workshop.

6. Parental Consent (If Applicable)

If the participant is a minor (under 18 years of age), I, as the parent or legal guardian, consent to their participation in the activities. I agree to the terms of this waiver on their behalf and assume all risks and liabilities.
